We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.

We do collect credit card information, but did not know PCI compliant scans are now required.

We do not use Malware Scanning. Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. We implement a variety of security measures when a user enters, submits, or accesses their information to maintain the safety of your personal information. All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

All content given by Alice Round Pty. Limited is private content only accessible by the member themselves. Meaning clients on premium services with Alice Round gaining access to personal and individualised programs or guidance may not be shared via email, social media, direct contact or any other form in a physical sense. As goes for all membership content, videos, blogs, articles, tracking tools, downloadable resources, all property is intellectual property of Alice Round and may not be copied, shared or replicated doing so will face legal action via copyright laws. It is to be respected that this information has been compiled over the last 10 years of education and training and any mis-representation of the services or content will not be taken lightly. All personalised plans are just that- personalised and if used by another individual alice round does not take responsibility for the outcome, mis-treatment or mal practice and also doing so again breaches copyright acts.

 

By under taking coaching services you will be required to submit photos, measurements and personal details via email to our head coach. All of this information is private and only shared with your coach. This content will not be discussed or shared with any non team round affiliate. All testimonials, photos used on social media and sharing will be done so at the digression of the client. All 8 week clients and contest preparation clients must allow the used of photo transformations on our website and social media. We do not promise 24 hour feedback, we do not promise 24 hour support, Alice Round Pty limited provides feedback to customers and consumers of services within 48 hours of your emails, questions or Facebook support forums within standard business days Monday to Friday and business hours 8am to 6pm.
